The current format of my blog was in part inspired by the “Synchromystic” bloggers that came into my awareness in about 2006 in Particular Jake Kotze's "Brave New World Order" and "The Blob" and Arrowsmiths “Black Dog Star”.
Yesterday I was listening to an interview with Jake Kotze who coined the term “Synchromystic” and he mentioned how in an episode of “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” which was created prior to 911, the twin towers were attacked and a portal was opened allowed the turtles to travel into another dimension. This synced with Jake’s own narrative regarded the 911 / mega ritual /star gate.
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have very much been in my mind the last few weeks as they were the theme for my sons 5th Birthday party.
The Turtles created by exposure to radioactive slime were the students of their Master (a Rat) named "Splinter" although at times they deferred to their contemporary a Ronin (the white rabbit) named Usagi Yojimbo
The four turtles who are differentiated by their distinct personalities and coloured headbands are named after the four renaissance painters Leonardo, Michael Angelo, Raphael and Donatello, and I had noted that at least two of these painters names sync with the Archangels Michael Angelo and Raphael and I have blogged about Angels previously.
Whilst out boating on a lake in the local park this past weekend with my wife and child we saw two turtles basking in the sun.
I have also been conscious of the Chinese mythology around the origin of the “lo shu” "magic square" and the 8 directions of the "pa qua" (Daoist symbol ) which which legend has it was discovered on the back of a turtle.
